How it’s easy to make your bones strong. Here are some main and important point if any one will do these easy steps it will be helpful for them. Aging is inevitable; and as you grow, so do your bones. There are many essential nutrients to focus on when trying to keep bones healthy. For years, milk has been a staple of strong bones. While that is still considered a fan favorite because of its high calcium content, there are actually some very noticeable nutrients that nutritionists recommend to protect aging bones.
According to our medical expert Lauren Manaker, MS, RDN, LDN, CLEC, CPT, author of The First Time Mom's Pregnancy Cookbook and Fueling Male Fertility, other notable nutrients include vitamin K, boron, magnesium and -potassium.
That being said, Manaker says the best drinks you can have to help keep your bones from aging include prunes.
"Studies show that adequate vitamin K can increase bone mineral density and potassium can reduce calcium loss in the bones," says Manaker. "Prunes also contain phenolic compounds, which may inhibit bone regeneration and support bone formation."

Studies continue to show the benefits of eating prunes in bone health. In another study from the British Journal of Nutrition, postmenopausal women who ate 50 grams of prunes daily (either 5 or 6 prunes) had a significantly higher mineral content compared with those who did not eat prunes. Prune eaters also show excellent serum levels for bone marrow transplantation.
Another study published in Nutrients suggests that male bone health may benefit from eating prunes, too. Men who ate 100 grams or 50 grams of farmer's trees for three months had a positive effect on the formation of their bones.
“Eating prunes regularly can help prevent bone loss, especially in the elderly,” says Manaker. "To support bone health, drinking a prune smoothie can be a refreshing, naturally delicious, and supportive bone health supplement full of essential nutrients, phenolic compounds, fiber, and no added sugar. The perfect combo for bone health support."
Prunes have a plum-like flavor, which includes a deliciously concentrated flavor produced by the drying process, which means it is an excellent fruit to mix with.
You can add prunes to smoothies in many ways, so that your drinks do not fade.
"From bananas, almonds, and prune combo, to a raw smoothie made with prunes, kale, bananas, and a mixture of milk, there are no strict rules when making a prune drink," says Manaker.
