The heart problem is the most dangerous issues for the person.Every yar majority of people get deaths because of heart issue.so here you will find some easy steps to solve this problem.Heart disease is a serious problem that many people face, especially in the United States. In fact, it has been reported that more than 82 million. Americans suffer from it. With alarming statistics like these, it is not surprising that people are trying to find the best lifestyle changes and the foods they should eat because of heart disease.
Interestingly, a new study in the Journal of the American Heart Association found that two or more avocado diets a week could reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke.
Researchers have followed dietary patterns of study participants for 30 years. At the beginning of the study, each participant was asked to complete a list of questions about what you ate and how often you ate, one of the questions focused on avocado. After the first questionnaire, participants were given a new one to complete every four years.
It is important to note that because this study focuses on self-assessment and reporting, there is a larger room for error or false information, which the American Heart Association (AHA) admits at the end of their research.
In this large experimental study, researchers tracked more than 68,000 women between the ages of 30 and 55 and more than 41,000 men between the ages of 40 and 75. At the start of the study, none of the participants had any cases of cancer, stroke, or heart disease.
All participants were white health professionals living in the United States, so again, this study has its limitations.
At the end of a three-year observational study, researchers identified approximately 9,185 cases of heart disease and approximately 5,290 stroke cases.
After researchers considered a number of factors — such as participants' complete diet and a few risk factors for cardiovascular disease — they concluded that people who ate two or more avocados (1/3 of the avocado number per week) had a 21% lower risk of developing heart disease and lower risk. -16% of heart disease.
They also found that unfortunately the use of avocado appears to have little effect on reducing the risk of stroke.
These results show that avocados are not only a great food for heart disease, but also prove that eating a high-fat vegetarian diet and reducing your intake of saturated fats can significantly improve your heart health.
Researchers participating in this study concluded that replacing foods such as butter, margarine, minced meat, and cheese with a single avocado supplement may help reduce the risk of cardiovascular events by 16% to 22%. Not only that, but the AHA says these findings support some inclusion such as the Mediterranean Diet in American lifestyles.
So if you are looking to improve your heart health and reduce your risk of heart disease, you may want to talk to your doctor or dietitian about combining avocado and plant-based fats in your diet. No miracle food can save your heart, but eating healthy foods and other important lifestyle changes can make a big difference.
