Is sleeping in dark room good for health/How sleeping off light in room is good for your health.

It seems egregious that our bedrooms should be dark when we settle in for a night of sleep, but does the light from a night light, or indeed a television, actually impact health? According to new exploration published in the journal Sleep, it might, particularly as we progress — then's what they set up. 

 Studying the impact of light at night

For this study, experimenters wanted to assess how light at night impacts the health of people in aged age. To do so, they anatomized data from 552 people, periods 63 to 84, who had shared in the Chicago Healthy Aging Study.
